Meet the Team

C.J. Stafford & Associates employs four full time consultants who are dedicated to the mining industry.

Chris Stafford – President

Prior to forming C.J. Stafford & Associates in 1981 Chris Stafford spent over 15 years in engineering in England and Canada. In addition to recruiting he has been involved in career counseling, performance appraisals and skills analysis.

From his own experience in mining, Chris knows the difficulty employers face in finding and attracting quality people. In large part, it is this appreciation that accounts for the company’s initial and continuing success.

Chris is a member of the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Canada/ South Africa Chamber of Commerce. Chris chaired the education committee of the CIM Toronto branch from 1996 to 2000.
