The
Process
To begin the search process,
a job profile is developed to ensure both parties have an
accurate understanding of the core skills, qualifications
and attributes needed for the candidate placement.
Recruitment begins with
a review of our comprehensive candidate database and implementation
of our extensive network. Advertising is seldom used, but
may be discussed with the client as a method of complementing
our direct recruitment efforts. After having identified
potential candidates, we then begin the screening process
and preliminary interviews to measure the level of interest
and suitability.
At the end of a thorough
examination process, a short list of the best-qualified
and most suitable candidates is submitted to the client,
accompanied by a Candidate Summary. Interviews with the
client are then arranged. Following each interview, we debrief
both the client and the candidate prior to progressing to
the next stage.
Upon completion of the candidates'
first interview, C.J. Stafford meets with the client to
review each candidate's status. All reference checks are
completed at this stage. Finally, we work with the successful
candidate in preparing for the transition into their new
position.
When the candidate is chosen, we assist our client in planning
and presenting an offer. Finally, we work with the successful
candidate in preparing for the transition of their new job.
