Meet the Team

C.J. Stafford & Associates employs seven full time Consultants, four of whom are dedicated solely to the Mining and Engineering industries. The other Consultants work in the related Building and Construction industries.

Vince Keenan
Vince Keenan has been with C.J. Stafford & Associates for 6 years and has established himself as the leading recruiter in the construction industry nationally. Much of his accomplishment can be attributed to knowing and finding the industry’s talent. Vince understands the needs of his clients and candidates, contributing to the success of C.J. Stafford & Associates.

Jim Di Vizio
Jim Di Vizio has had a successful 20+ year career in both the construction and real estate development sectors. Prior to joining C.J. Stafford & Associates his positions included Director, Marketing & Sales and Manager, Business Development for various General Contracting firms and Developers in the Greater Toronto Area. His personal experiences in the sectors provide both candidate and employer with valuable first hand knowledge and enable him to quickly and effectively understand the needs of each and advise with confidence and professionalism.

Tania Sarracini
Tania Sarracini recently joined CJ Stafford as a Recruiting Consultant. Prior to joining the company, her positions included Construction Coordinator and Engineering and Development Coordinator for a Developer and Tenant. She will use her knowledge and skills to form relationships with clients and candidates from the building, real-estate and construction sectors as well as add value to the company. Tania has an H.B.Sc. in Physical and Environmental Geography from the University of Toronto as well as a Master’s in Urban Planning/Environmental Studies from York University.
